The public website does not offer account registration, document uploads, or an online intake database. The intake form builds a draft message in your email application. Your information is not transmitted to the office until you choose to send that email.

Messages you send may include your contact details, the information in your inquiry, and metadata supplied by email systems. Email providers and other intermediaries may process or retain messages. Ordinary email is not a secure channel for highly sensitive records.

3. Website hosting and technical information

Our hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses, timestamps, security events, and request logs, for site delivery and abuse prevention. We do not operate an independent analytics tracker, marketing pixel, or cookie-based advertising system in this site package.
